challenging days as the business worked to mobilise field
crews to complete repairs, and affected customers informed
of our progress.

with us for every step of that journey, attending to all
calls, assisting with the messaging and dispatch as well
as supporting our Service Provider as they moved through
the damaged areas.

any change or request made and delivered a quality and
reliable response service during what was a difficult and
