Our premium training product is known as ‘Individual Design’ where all YOUR training needs are addressed and met. Our programs use movements that are similar to those you use every day, making them not only safe, but highly effective. You’ll do things like deadlifts, squats, bench press, running, and movement screening and correction to ensure you don’t get injured .
You’ll learn strength training methodologies to make you stronger and change your body composition.. You’ll jump, squat, run, bike, row, push and pull! You’ll flip some tires, do some jump rope and pull a sled! When you combine all of these functional movements with high levels of intensity (which you’ll learn how to do), you get results!

We keep our program varied so that every time you come to class, you’re doing something very different from your last session. We know that you don’t have the time to commit several hours of your week to exercise. With our emphasis on intensity, you’ll reach your goals by showing up (and working hard!) three or four times per week— that’s it!

With 15 years experience in the health and fitness industry I come into contact with busy professionals, struggling to keep up with the demands of daily living and fitness. In just 6-12 weeks I can guarantee to have them moving and feeling fitter and stronger. All I ask for is effort. Show up. I’ll do the rest. And if you’re struggling for motivation – that’s where the group comes in – we’re all at different levels and help encourage, motivate and challenge each other. Team effort.
With a background in sales, time came to shift the balance and transform my passion into a job. For me fitness is fun, liberating, empowering, challenging and requires sacrifice – but always be for the better! We are built to move and I want to help people reach their fitness goals while having fun! As much as I like to challenge the body, I also love to nourish and support it with massage. I can offer a great combination to members who want to become better versions of themselves too.
