There’s no cost to meet with a coach, get a feel for the facility and discover what other members are doing as part of their training. An informal chat on your exercise history and goals allows the coach to explain how FitPlusWell will customise a program to suit your needs and goals
Your initial assessment runs for around 90 minutes and establishes a starting point. The evaluation includes body composition analysis, movement screening and your work capacity or fitness screening. With this information, the coach can review areas of weakness, strengths and priorities.
Your coach will design an initial fitness plan, which is personalised for your priorities and fits with your assessment results. In this session, you will get access to our online training app TrueCoach, where we deliver your training plans, and you can monitor your progress. During this consultation, your training schedule will be finalised, and we’ll help you better understand how the training will improve your lifestyle.
This is where the magic happens! Combing the knowledge of your health and fitness assessment, your previous training background, current lifestyle, priorities and goals your initial training plan is 100% geared to you. The TrueCoach app will keep you on the straight and narrow, reminding you of your training schedule and recording the results of your workouts. Your progress will be continuously tracked and upgraded as you improve and evolve.
At the end of every training block, which is usually every 4-6 weeks, you’ll have a check-in with your coach and review your achievements and challenges and revisit goals and long-term priorities. It’s an opportunity for the coach to get to know more about you and your ever-changing lifestyle from sleep to nutrition and the stresses of everyday life. Everything will be taken into consideration when designing your new program.
